A few months ago, we were very happy to announce the sponsorship of little Salin, who lives in the Bhubaneswar region of India. Plan International continues its strong commitment and intervenes urgently with more than 50,000 communities to fight against the spread of the virus and to protect the most vulnerable through several areas of intervention.
Today, more than ever, Plan International’s actions are essential since experience shows that girls and young women are particularly vulnerable in emergencies, including health emergencies. Through targeted actions, thanks to all the donors, Plan International intervenes in the fields of health (supply of hygiene kit, explanation of barrier gestures, radio broadcasting of hygiene practices, etc.), education (implementation of psychological support, online or radio education system, etc.) and also through financial support.
