Following recent government directives and the recently established containment period, the entire ELISATH team is mobilized to listen to you and respond as best as possible to your requests. The ELISATH Management has therefore decided, as a preventive measure, to favor teleworking for all its employees from this day on. Also, throughout this period, we remain at your disposal.
Secretary, Commercial & Accounting Department:
The switchboard remains open during office hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The Commercial department remains available on the mobiles and emails of your correspondents. The accounting department by email at the usual address.
Hot-Line Service:
The hot-line can be reached by depositing a ticket in your customer area. Meet on Elisath.fr
Technical service :
Our Technical Service can be contacted by email and on the mobiles of your usual correspondents. Construction sites and technical interventions are suspended until further notice. If necessary, we keep an active intervention team in order to be able to compensate for URGENT and critical intervention needs on your vital installations.
