Elisabeth Ferlet heads Elisath, the French leader in computerized ticketing and access control for sports equipment. Her philosophy? Put her expertise at the service of her customers. Focus on a company manager who has successfully established her know-how at national and international level …

« I have a very strong family entrepreneurial culture. My grandfather was CEO of Gaz de France, one of my uncles was Jean Lefebvre, founder of the construction company that bears his name, my father had a business. This is something natural for me, « said Elisabeth Ferlet, CEO of Elisath. It was during a trade fair in Casablanca in 1995 that a colleague suggested that she should set up her business. Without personal input, she contacted Anvar¹ and created Elisath, specializes in ticketing and access control for cultural and leisure facilities. From Messein in Meurthe-et-Moselle, the company designs and develops software, online sales and booking websites and ensures the integration of their software into access control equipment.

« We have always had an innovative character, which allows us, for example, to be the leader in the French market for water parks. We imagine innovative solutions before customers even ask for them, ”says Elisabeth Ferlet. Currently, mobile tools are in high demand. « We are working a lot on mobile and we have also developed a complementary solution for the optimisation of energy consumption in public buildings using traffic data » adds the CEO of the SME which employs around 40 people. Concerning the place of a woman in this industry, Elisabeth Ferlet admits « not having yet met other women in this sector. However, it is doable: I am myself a business owner, a mother and a high level rider.  »

Bpifrance helped the company Elisath on the upstream study for eligreen (energy optimization) with a subsidy of € 50,000 in 2015, and with two loans of € 300,000 each for the deployment of the solution. “I am really very happy of this collaboration. And we will continue to work with Bpifrance ”appreciates Elisabeth Ferlet, who is part of the Bpifrance Excellence network. Coming soon: implantations of the company in Africa (Benin and Ivory Coast).
